These Terms govern your access to and use of AltCtrl Intelligence and its products. By using our services, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using any of the Services, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid tier, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
AltCtrl Intelligence is the intelligence layer of real estate. Our Services structure government-verified transaction data into intelligence and deliver it across three connected products:
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim accounts at our discretion where these Terms are breached.
REOS and AltCtrl COS are offered as paid subscriptions. AltCtrl COS is available across three tiers: Command, Control, and Orchestration. Pricing, tier features, and billing cycles are presented at the point of subscription and may be set out in a separate order form or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Our intelligence is built on government-verified transaction records and other data obtained from official institutions and authorized sources, structured and processed by our systems. While we anchor our intelligence to verified records and apply rigorous methods, data may contain errors, gaps, or delays, and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any data point, valuation, metric, or output is complete, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Your handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Services are informational tools, not advice. All intelligence, valuations, zone metrics, ROI figures, forecasts, scenario outputs, AI-assistant responses, and other materials provided through REOS, AltCtrl COS, and Résidanté are for general informational purposes only.
Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, valuation, brokerage, or real estate advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any property, security, or asset. Past performance and modelled figures do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice before acting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the Services.
The Services, including all software, models, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, the AltCtrl Intelligence brand, the REOS, AltCtrl COS, and Résidanté names and logos, and all structured intelligence and compilations, are owned by AltCtrl Intelligence or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and their outputs for your internal business purposes (for REOS and COS) or personal, non-commercial use (for Résidanté). You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent. We welcome feedback, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any feedback you provide.
Certain Services use artificial intelligence, including Résidanté's AI assistants. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should independently verify AI outputs before relying on them, and you remain responsible for how you use them. AI features are subject to the disclaimers in Sections 6, 7, and 11.
The Services may connect you with third parties, including real estate agents and agencies (for example, through Résidanté), and may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third parties, their conduct, listings, advice, or content. Any dealings between you and a third party are solely between you and that party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all data, intelligence, and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Any uptime, accuracy, or performance figures we publish are targets or estimates and do not constitute guarantees unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AltCtrl Intelligence and its officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for the relevant Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AltCtrl Intelligence and its officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel a subscription in accordance with your order form. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6 to 8 and 11 to 17) will survive.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence. Before pursuing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms here with a revised "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
