These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the products operated by AltCtrl Intelligence (“AltCtrl Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — REOS, AltCtrl COS, and Résidanté (together, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Access to institutional surfaces of the Platform is provided on a reviewed and controlled basis. Submission of information or a request for access does not guarantee approval.
AltCtrl Intelligence operates a real estate intelligence infrastructure built on government-verified transaction data, satellite imagery, and macroeconomic indicators. The Platform analyses, structures, and delivers market intelligence and supporting tools across institutional, sales, and discovery surfaces.
The Platform provides intelligence and visibility, not outcomes. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, brokerage services, or guarantees of performance or results. All decisions made using the Platform remain the responsibility of the user and the organisation they represent.
You represent and warrant that, where you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to act on its behalf and have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
AltCtrl Intelligence reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at its sole discretion, including requesting additional information or verification to maintain system integrity and governance.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for the content, data, and materials you submit to the Platform.
Users may submit data, assets, listings, and related materials (“Submitted Content”) for analysis, reporting, and controlled use within the Platform.
By submitting content, you represent that:
AltCtrl Intelligence may review, approve, reject, restrict, or remove Submitted Content in accordance with internal governance standards. AltCtrl Intelligence is not responsible for misuse of data by users or third parties acting outside the Platform's governance controls.
Access to institutional surfaces of the Platform is provided on a subscription basis under the applicable access tier. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and must be paid in full in accordance with the agreed billing cycle. Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. AltCtrl Intelligence may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform to maintain system integrity, security, compliance, or performance.
The Platform may evolve through the introduction of new intelligence layers, products, or governance mechanisms. No service level guarantee or uptime commitment is implied unless expressly agreed in writing.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including systems, logic, methodologies, intelligence frameworks, scoring mechanisms, interfaces, and documentation — are the exclusive property of AltCtrl Intelligence or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Platform.

AltCtrl Intelligence may suspend or terminate access if:
Users may request termination of access at any time. Termination does not entitle the user to refunds unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, where AltCtrl Intelligence is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration or other lawful dispute resolution mechanisms in Doha, Qatar, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
AltCtrl Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
