We do not aggregate listings or crawl marketplaces. Coverage scales only as fast as named institutional sources permit — and no faster.

Cross-validation by default

Registry records are checked against satellite-observed construction activity and macro indicators. Conflicting signals are flagged, never silently resolved.

Where a source has a known lag, gap, or methodology constraint, it is stated in the report. The reader always knows what they are looking at.

If it cannot be traced to a source, it does not enter the system.
